Examples:

Stimulus: "Ma'am you haven't paid your comcast bill for the past two months. We're going to have to cut off your cable."
Response: "Get real...(click)"

Stimulus: "You're not going out for the 12th night in a row are you?!"
Response: "Of course I am. Get real".
