Dear Cop Who Decided to Stop in the Middle of The Highway During Rush Hour,

Why you felt the need to fly from a dead stop on the left shoulder into traffic during rush hour, cutting across three lanes of traffic without any lights or sirens, then slamming on you breaks while in the middle of two lanes, opening you door, picking up some harmless debris off the road, then peeling out like there is a real emergency is way beyond me.
